Our office manager has been emailing daily, and gets generic messages saying they’re “working on it”. Getting an estimated wait time has been like pulling teeth. I emailed them directly, asking for a rough estimate of wait time, and to better explain why there are delays. No response after 3 days. Also, the training videos are quick, soundless videos of someone clicking through charts, with no further detail. Also, I’m paying for this, but unable to use it. > > So far, not a good start.
