Great RPA tool

5.0 5 years ago

Pros:

Kryon's Leo is a great RPA tool, even for beginners. By being able to automate processes, ranging from the most simple to extensive and complex implementations, from a spreadsheet macro to reading and writing whole documents with OCR features. With such a vast usability, it is useful for a single user or whole enterprises.

Cons:

It uses alot of RAM and the separated normal view and advanced view could be more user friendly

Easy tool to introduce to RPA

3.0 5 years ago

Comments: My overall experience is positive, Kryon was the tool that introduced me to the world of RPA, but some constant bugs eventually upset me. If you are interested in a growing tool that meets your requirements in the concept of automating robotic processes, Kryon is your choice.

Pros:

The best tool feature is its ease of use for beginners. It is easy to teach the concepts of RPA in practice using Kryon. In addition, the tool has an ease when working with visuals and error handling.

Cons:

Perhaps the most negative points of the tool are its constant crashes, its misuse of memory consumption and the lack of an active forum to solve doubts.

Good tool that soon can become Great.

4.0 5 years ago

Comments: I have been working with Leo RPA for more or less 1 year. I am quite used to it and it seems that there is nothing you can not automate with this tool. There are still many features to improve but overall I had a good experience. I am able to deliver to my customer.

Pros:

Amongst the players in the RPA field, Leo RPA has the most user friendly interface. The features it provides are quite easy to understand and to test, so any person with a bit of knowledge on logical programming will be able do develop simple tasks with it.

Cons:

There are still many features that doesn't work properly, it crashes from time to time randomly (although it saves your work automaticaly every 10 minutes) and consumes a big chunk of your RAM memory. So if you are working a more complex and with more steps project, you have to split the process in pieces as small as possible.

Great tool for automation

4.0 5 years ago

Comments: I use the tool daily. I have already developed basic to complex solutions, making use of the various options that the tool provides.

Pros:

Very easy to start process automation using this tool. It has very useful integrations for less complex processes.

Cons:

For more complex processes it is necessary to look for outline solutions, such as javascript, powershell, python, scripts. Support could be more effective.

Great tool to learn and begin with RPA

4.0 5 years ago

Comments: I have been solved problems with Kyron with development macros in VBA language that does high-performance results

Pros:

The Academy introduces into RPA technology very fast. Kryon has visual information clear and simple that makes you understand an automation process easier and build something practical at the moment when you are learning. Sounds good, if you need results in a few time.

Cons:

Kryon academy some more information about how it works in a big automation project.

Kryon

4.0 5 years ago

Pros:

Easy to use, the interface is very intuitive and user-friendly. It's a good software for someone who's starting with RPA.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the community isn't that big, so if you have an issue, maybe you can't find the solution around the internet and you have to send a ticket for some info.

It is very easy to use.Even if you don't have a background in automation, you are able to implement useful processes within a very short period of time, as it is very user-friendly.

Even though they are rare, there are still some bugs to be fixed. Also, the lack of integration with Google Docs is a drawback.
