It's very easy to organize and update, and the "verify feature" helps us see what is up-to-date. I especially like how Guru incorporates AI - the AI search capabilities make it really easy to find the information I need.

> **Cons**: I like the fact that Guru integrates with Slack. When someone asks a question in Slack, Guru will respond with a suggested answer. However, the answer provided by Guru isn't always correct. It does better with straightforward questions (ie, "what days are company holidays?") than with more complicated product questions.
