> As a staff member of the event Marbella 4 Days Walking (Spain) I've worked now three years with Let's Participate regarding our walking event with approx 2000 participants. Its amazing that within 15 minutes during the start of the walking event we can pass all partipants who have an activated RFID tag.  Every year the program is more customized to our requirements and needs thanks to the good communication with Let's Participate.  
This year we will use more advanced hardware tools to create an even better user experience for our participants.

> This app and associated software and sorry was used to manage a large walking event, where participants would have to walk a set route to achieve the certificate for the day. 

Not only do the participants carry the tracker with them (reducing hardware investment by the organisers), the amount of information gleaned from their activity gives accurate figures on attendance, demographics, miles walked, and so much more. 

This app could be used to register interest at commences and exhibitions, provide assistance at the event, monitor footfall and deploy staff to high footfall areas, etc. 

I greatly enjoyed working with the knowledgeable and friendly team, whose hands-on support made the event run so smoothly\!
