The LI integration works smoothly in practice, and the in-app support chat is useful for resolving small, tactical questions w/o slowing the team down. Outside of renewal cycles, there is limited ongoing engagement, which makes the relationship feel transactional rather than advisory. Finally, the latest analytics layout is difficult to use in practice.
