If you complain, they blame it on the location employees and say it's not their responsibility. (They contract out to 3rd party shipping stores). However I'm paying PostScan for scans so it's THEIR resp to deliver scans. Even worse, i regularly get other peoples mail, including financial statements\!\!\! PostScanMail provided no commentary and did nothing to support me despite me repeatedly cc'ing their support team on every e-mail to MobiTel AT CZ SK UA. Daylight robbery you might say, on top of that they will demand copies of your passport, driving licence, proof of address, etc. God only knows where that goes. > > Organised theft sums it up. Requests for updates or assistance are met with silence or vague responses, leaving us in the dark and unable to meet our own deadlines. It's frustrating to see how poorly these issues are handled, especially when they directly impact our ability to provide quality service to our clients. Leadership at Post Scan Mail seems to lack the foresight and organizational skills needed to run an efficient operation. Instead of addressing these ongoing problems, they tend to shift blame and avoid taking responsibility. This kind of management is not only unprofessional but also harmful to the business relationship.
