My concern relates to the sales process, where key information about the installation requirements was inaccurate, and the subsequent handling of our refund request, which remains unresolved almost a year later. > > We signed a contract with Toast in July 2025 and paid a £500 deposit plus an initial payment of £195.60. Within two weeks, we cancelled the agreement after discovering that key information provided during the sales process was inaccurate. The system was never installed, and we never used any Toast services. Almost a year later, we are still waiting for the return of our funds. Throughout this period, we received repeated assurances that the refund was being processed, yet nothing has been returned. Extremely disappointing experience and poor handling of what should have been a straightforward issue.
