You are given a 1 hour training session then left to work it out with the tools available on line. We are a small manufacturing business that makes 5 products. After months of trying to work things out for ourselves we engaged with one of their onboarding consultants Smart Manufacturing. We gave them a detailed brief of what we wanted. However, it was clear that after a couple of sessions they did not really understand how the system worked. They cancelled our project half way through saying we needed a three month onboarding consultation. For such a small business this is ridicules'.
