> **Pros**: We use all of Proofpoint's services because they are the best. In order to protect our assets and email end-users, we use Proofpoint's enterprise archive software. We like most how we can avoid the costly fines, guilty verdicts and damaged reputations that come from mismanaged internal information.
> 
> **Cons**: The biggest disadvantage to Proofpoint Enterprise Archive is that there is not email store management capabilities within the software.
> 
> We use all of Proofpoint's services and have never been hacked, and are more organized than ever with our internal store. Could not be happier.
