Comments: It works well enough. I can script it to perform maintenance and diagnostics. Works well with RepairShopr and SyncroMSP by uploading the reports directly to the tickets.

Pros: Portability. I just need one file and can do everything on m y clients computer.

Cons: Does not run in Safe Mode. You're a diagnostics software!
Requires .Net in order to run. This can be a pain if .Net is messed up.

Comments: Simplification of the computer repair process.

Pros: It is easy to train technicians to use it. Includes programs all in one place. Portable, you can take it with you or transfer it for remote support sessions.

Cons: Some antivirus programs hate it. Their solution is to have me email to vendor and get it white listed.
