There is a very small learning curve when you first get started but it's very easy to pick up quickly. > > **Cons**: I have a few problems with Dr. Connect especially their latest "update" every time you sign in it's like the system has never seen you before all of the settings you placed before are changed back to baseline. I don't care who has confirmed I need to contact the patients who have cancelled or have not confirmed but every single time I have to reconfigure my settings to see just those appointments. I have lost count of the times I have changed the dashboard screen so I could have the confirmation/cancellations/ patient responses at the top but every time I log in I have to fix it again. Then there are the irritating pop ups. The lady icon on the home page always pipes up something about insurance verification. I don't use that feature and it is frustrating that there isn't a way to make her go away except to wait. Then there is the "hide this message" pop up I know the message was hidden from me because I am the one to click the button\! Because of these pop ups it takes twice as long to go through the box because you get enough of them built up you can't get at the X behind them\! It's a waste of time to click the X that comes with these pop ups because it's just even more effort and time. They don't even have an undo button so what's the point in them telling me the message has been removed. > > Over all I like the concept of DoctorConnect. Our sales and support representative \[sensitive content hidden\] was amazing to work with. She is always very responsive and gets things addressed in a prompt manner. The DoctorConnect solution has greatly help reduce our no-show rate and made communicating with our patients much easier. We also like beaing able to use DoctorConnect for mass communication to our staff. > > **Cons**: We had a few challenges, when a number is shared by multiple family members/patient when they would have multiple appointments on the same day.
