During busy periods, our team often doesn't have time to explain the program or point them to the flyers, and the extra steps of downloading the app can create an additional barrier to enrollment.

I suppose if I have to add something it’s the fact that I had to reach 100 characters before submitting this review. It’s very difficult to do that if you have nothing bad to say.

> **Pros**: Stamp Me has been an amazing loyalty program for my smoothie bar, Forever Healthy. Our customers love earning rewards through the digital punch card. The text message feature helps us quickly promote weekly specials, events, and limited-time offers, which has increased repeat visits and customer engagement. Customer support has been responsive, and the platform offers great value for the price. It’s helped us build stronger relationships with our customers while saving us from printing paper loyalty cards.

> **Cons**: The stamp app requires updates and some customers need to use the scan code instead of the pod. When the app requires an update the customer will not be able to stamp and I have to give them stamps manually through the back office which takes extra time. Customers often leave their phone in the car and still want me to give them stamps in my back office which requires extra time when I am busy cat the bar\!

> Overall, it’s a positive experience that encourages customers to spend more to get the extra stamp towards their reward. It keeps our regulars returning more frequently overall I am thrilled with the app.
