> **Cons**: Reward expiry isn’t clearly reminding customers their rewards are expiring. I wish The stamp pod would give us a nice loud chime when stamping, it’ll add to the satisfaction of adding a stamp and let my staff know if we have any cheeky customers. it currently doesn’t.

It gives me a professional way to offer a digital loyalty programme without physical cards, and I love being able to customise the rewards to suit my business. It makes rewarding loyal clients feel seamless and encourages them to keep coming back. Also, there has been multiple times where I’ve forgotten to give my clients their stamp at their appointment and I’m able to issue it manually in the merchant log in which is so helpful\!\!
