> **Pros**: great product. Great customer service and support. Used for 20 + years.

> **Cons**: Promethean sold out to "LEAP"  and unreasonably increased pricing, which went from annual and reasonable to monthly and expensive, pricing me and a number of colleagues out of the product. I am very, very, disappointed. The new product does offer more databases and forms from other states which  a typical Massachusetts solo practitioner does not need or want. Shame on greedy company for making a  a great product and service unaffordable, especially to long time loyal customers.
