> **Pros**: The support I receive from Performo is stellar. I have not worked with a vendor that has supplied such a high level of support before, and I support 30+ products. Implementation is a snap and the support team helps all the way. This is one less headache for a sysadmin to own.

> **Cons**: Occasionally a service needs help after windows patching

> We use if for Facilities helpdesk, I am not 100% sure how many more components are used by that department. If they ever have a problem with the application, I reach out to Performo and get a resolution quickly. I really can't say enough about how good their support is.
