Paycom - Best system yet!
Comments: This software implementation has been better than expected, felt very supported throughout the process and the program is easy to use and navigate. I like how we can hand back a lot of control and accountability to the employees and managers.
Pros:
The support is unequalled, all through implementation and first several payrolls, they were usually very quick to respond to emails and answer questions.
Cons:
Canadian taxes and statutory deductions are a work in progress and we have had a couple hiccups.

Easy to use system for small businesses
Pros:
Paycom was very user friendly because it was not a very robust system.
Cons:
Paycom has very limited reporting capabilities. The system was too antiquated for the size of my company which was growing.

Comments: My overall experience with Paycom since the beginning has been positive and seamless.
Pros:
You can have everything in 1 place for every employee from time-off, scheduling, timeclock, applicant tracking, background checks, onboarding, benefits enrollment, documents, notifications to employees, easy reporting and many more features. It is easy to use and navigate.
Cons:
I have no dislikes about Paycom. I am 100% a Paycom fan.

Comments: The overall experience has been a rollercoaster of rolling out new products and changing our department processes to stay on top of new trends and features. However, now everything is working smoother, and I am very happy with Paycom.
Pros:
I enjoy my Paycom representative [sensitive content hidden] she had been beneficial in education on the system and showing us how Paycom can work for our organization. I enjoy the new features that Paycom has been releasing that allow streamlining processes and giving the HRIS more of a competitive edge compared to other systems.
Cons:
We did not have proper communication prior to [sensitive content hidden] on how the system works and were given simple "fixes" that in fact did not fix our problems or issues but created further stress in managing the system.

Paycom is better than the rest
Comments: Paycom is nicer and better than the other payroll apps I've used, and I prefer it over ADP. It is a clean UI and the way to adjust peoples hours is easy. Approval process takes seconds and once everybody is migrated into the system other features network nicely and build upon each other.
Pros:
Paycom makes it very simple to track users time, clock ins, benefits, payroll, and other misc workplace duties. The app is speedy and can use Touch ID / Face ID. Sign up is quick using private user data like last 4 of social.
Cons:
The app on iPhone can be slow, passwords need to be reset every 6 weeks, and you get timed out if away on the app for too long even though it is open.

The ease of the reporting and the use of Paycom for Payroll.
Cons:
I wish we got the State tax reports and I wish we could configure the PTO better. Also, I wish it was a better way to pay OT to salary employees when the law went into effect in July.

Paycom Improves the Employee Experience
Comments: Making employee experience better is my #1 job. Paycom helps so much when it comes to employee satisfaction, especially because HR and Payroll tasks is the worst part of the job for any employee. My guys love that it is easy to navigate and always in their back pocket.
Pros:
I like that it allows employees to have everything HR/Payroll right in their back pocket. It saves me, as an HR Coordinator, time that used to be spent assisting employees with small tasks that take a lot of time.
Cons:
The client side access could be more user friendly. It seems like there is too many tabs and that it could all be more condensed and organized. There are also certain things on the employee side, like requesting a punch, that seems to be more complicated than it needs to be.

Paycom for the Win
Comments: Overall, our experience has been wonderful. Our dedicated account specialist is knowledgeable and so quick to help. When she's not available, they monitor her emails, so we never get left out in the cold. If she's unavailable by phone, one of her other teammates answers, and they've all been wonderful.
Pros:
Paycom puts all of our HR needs in one place. It's a great tool to complete all our projects and functions in the HR department.
Cons:
There are often changes that happen in the system that upset/change/revert our already fixed data to something it was before or something completely different than the team doesn't seem to know how/why it happens.

PayCom Experience
Comments: Overall, we have been with PayCom almost 6 years. The majority of our contact people have been very good. They tend to promote their people quickly so transitioning to a new rep can be a challenge.
Pros:
They did an excellent job onboarding us. The initial training and involvement for our first year was great. They really made us feel welcome.
Cons:
It has taken awhile to address our attendance point challenges.

Comments: Overall experience with multiple Paycom Specialist and Client Relations Rep has not been good. They do not seem to be knowledgeable with system capability and generally need to "go back to team" to find solutions.
Pros:
End user feature of paycheck preview. Ease of use for employees.

From Admin standpoint - very manual. No flexibility with position seats. Frequent glitches.

Comments: I would still choose Paycom over the competitors, but do wish that customer support was stronger.

Implementation was done so well, our Paycom team took the time to understand our every need.

After implementation the customer support was lacking. Our client support specialist was not responsive, and we were given a new specialist almost every month.

I have recommended Paycom to several people. I like the specialists that I have worked with. I like that it is for the most part easy to use.

Comments: My overall experience with Paycom has been great. I currently use Paycom at my current job and can access all my personnel information, which I really love. This is in addition to several other features I enjoy, such as the ability to view pay stubs, request time off, obtain tax documents, and much more.
Pros:
The system is user-friendly, and employees can quickly access personnel information without needing to contact the HR staff.
Cons:
While Paycom is user-friendly, it may be a little difficult for individuals who are not tech-savvy to navigate, would be nice to have a search box to quickly access information.

Paycom is an excellent payroll application!
Comments: Very positive. I think Paycom offers a excellent and superior payroll application.
Pros:
My dedicated specialist and the excellent customer service. The database is very user friendly and easy to use.
Cons:
The recently added terminated employee process in Beti needs a major overhaul. Very confusing and never does quite what I expect. I don't like using it but when I choose not to use it Paycom doesn't end some earnings. Some of the forms need updated to be consistent with other recent updates. Some improvements haven't been tested by an end user like me. The words don't wrap or are not visible.

Handy Dandy Payroll App
Comments: I find Paycom to be a generally excellent and efficient app that makes payroll and its associated functions easily accessed, updated, and implemented, with a minimum of fuss. It's highly functional and works well, with a minimum of glitches or other issues. I don't have complaints so much as 'I'd like to see's; given how rare it is for me to not have a complaint about something, that's high praise. I've used other payroll apps in the past, and thoroughly recommend Paycom for any size business.
Pros:
I really like the ease of use I get in the app, as that is how I most often access Paycom. The layout is clear, options are logical, and it's easily understood at each level what I'm looking at and what I'm doing. The app is high-powered with functionality, unlike many apps that are just light versions of their websites. I actually prefer the app. The features are robust, allowing for much more than just requesting time off. Access to tax documents, time cards, adjusting payroll, and yes, time off requests, are all easy to navigate to and access. Having online learning resources and additional company info built in and accessible from the app is also a highlight.
Cons:
One of my earlier complaints about Paycom- the awkwardness of entering PTO requests- was actually fixed in one of their recent updates. Although navigating to the various functions is easy enough, a 'Favorites' option would be most appreciated. Not every user needs to use every function equally, after all. While access to the options is easy enough, the layout and visuals of the app itself are somewhat basic, and could do with a fresh coat of paint, as it were. Some minor quibbles, like certain characters not allowable in PTO requests, are just that, minor.

It's worth buying
Comments: Paycom is easy to use. It has a number of time keeping functions. It's secure and I've never had any issues with it at all.
Pros:
It's convenient, I can clock in at work or on my phone at home. I use it to request vacation days,sick days, or unpaid time off. I use it to view my check stubs and W2's during tax time.
Cons:
None I have no cons I am a fan of Paycom.

Great platform
Comments: Overall, I like Paycom and would recommend it to others to use.
Pros:
Paycom's functionality is great compared to other payroll systems I have used. I like that it is all in one spot. I also enjoy that you can customize the documents employees / supervisor's sign.
Cons:
I have experienced working with a customer service rep that knew less than I did about the system. While Paycom does have "team" for your account, it isn't always helpful. It would be nice if Paycom worked better with other accounts, such as benefit providers.
