> **Pros**: What I value most about EventsAir is how comprehensive and adaptable the platform is. It brings registration, payments, communications, reporting, attendee management, and event delivery into one system, which makes it much easier to manage complex events without relying on multiple disconnected platforms.

I particularly appreciate the flexibility it provides when building registration workflows for different event types and participant categories. The reporting and data management capabilities are also extremely valuable, especially when managing large volumes of registrations, payments, amendments, and attendee information. Once you understand the platform well, there is a great deal you can customise and streamline.

EventsAir has become an important part of how I manage events operationally, and I continue to discover more efficient ways to use it.

> **Cons**: One area that could be improved is how platform updates are communicated. At times, changes or updates appear to be introduced without clear advance notice, which can affect established workflows or create uncertainty when a feature suddenly behaves differently.

More consistent communication, such as release notes, in-platform notifications, or advance advisories for significant changes, would help users prepare, test affected processes, and adjust their event setups accordingly. This is particularly important for teams managing live events or time-sensitive registration activity, where unexpected changes can have an immediate operational impact.
