This means we get financial statements in all shapes and sizes. We were looking for a systematic way to gather financials statements, upload easily, consolidate and report in the cloud. A big hurdle we faced was finding a simple straight forward process to upload the financial statements into the system. iLEVEL's Fusion product helps us easily map the financials from each respective property and upload it into the cloud, regardless of the financial statement format, i.e. MRI, Entrata, Yardi, Quickbooks. iLEVEL's Excel plugin's is very impresseive with its ability to pull data from the cloud directly into a specific cell rather than downloading a table of data on another tab and then using formulas to pull from that table. The plugin also gives you the ability to "put" data back into the cloud from Excel, so the two way data transfer is a pretty nice feature. iLEVEL's web portal has a lot of functionality and gives us the ability to customize views and create formulas that are specific to reports we have created. There are some slight limitations to views and tables that we have asked about and have had positive response from the team about integrating.
