Growing and willing to engage with the customers

4.0 last year

Comments: As a growing company in the Extended Enterprise market, they are willing to work closely with their customers to understand their use case and learn. This is big for us as we're willing to assist them and see them become a top tier vendor for EXE. They have allowed us to consolidate from 6 LMSs down to 1 which has lead to savings overall.

Pros:

Docebo is working to grow their platform, and is gathering feedback from their customers to make sure it's going to meet their needs. As an extended enterprise customer we have specific needs that many LMS vendors can't meet, but Docebo wants to expand their footprint in that market, so they are listening. They also have a growing community of users that engage with one another and want to see the system evolve.

Cons:

While they are working to create innovative and engaging functionality, sometimes they move too fast to get it out the door and it's not ready yet or move on from older functionality that still needs optimizations.

Global Learning Management Strategy: Scalable and Customizable through Docebo

5.0 6 months ago

Comments: Overall, from customer support to providing comprehensive customer education, Docebo has surpassed my expecation. In addition, their pipeline of new features and such is quite good. They keep a close ear to what the market needs.

Pros:

The system itself matches almost all of my company's various L&D requirements. Both internally and externally. To top things off, the support from the account manager and their customer education team is superb.

Cons:

Overall, the system is able to meet our requirements. That said, it would be nice if I can setup admin accounts that come with hands on support coming from the system. A full tutorial experience for other admins so that will handhold them while they're still new. This would lock or consistently/persistently produce pop ups while a main admin feels that the sub admin is still inexperienced. Docebo was comprehensive in training me, but it seems that too many people do not know how to search for documentation on their own. Forcing such individuals to experience a super spoon-fed experience may be what's needed for some individuals.

How Docebo Unified Our LMS Content

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: The establishment and migration process was a breeze compared to other migrations. Customer service and technical support is fantastic.

Pros:

Our company needed to combine both external and internal training content from several LMS and merge into one central LMS. The ability to set up branches has allowed us to do that while still allowing customization and controlling the type of access needed for each departmental usage.

Cons:

Reporting feature (as with all LMS I've come across) is still not robust enough in it's customization features. We still have to export raw data into another application to get the reports we need.

Great LMS!

5.0 9 months ago

Comments: The team are helpful, buying and setting up was so simple. We have definitely taken advantage of the coach and share features within our business. Would definitely buy again.

Pros:

I love that people are able to share their own content, our most popular content comes from people within the business and this platform is ideal for capturing and encouraging internal knowledge sharing. It is also really easy to customise for different viewing audiences.

Cons:

I wish the formal (courses) and informal (user shared) learning content could interconnect more easily, it's not a deal breaker, but would mean I don't have to maintain two content libraries.

Excellent choice for small organisation

5.0 10 months ago

Comments: I am an experienced LMS Admin, so opted for the Lite onboarding approach and found that it worked very well and very easily. the Implementation support was excellent, thorough and focussed and we set the platform up for use within 12 weeks quite easily. The support from the company has been prompt, and always helpful. Very happy with the purchase, the implementation and the product.

Pros:

As well as all the expected functionality you would get on an LMS, you have some useful and exciting additional features that make the difference. The ability to add observation checklists (work based activities) to a course to add practical application to a course. Very easy to set up and use Gamification, with rewards earned for a whole range of activities on the platform, plus contests and leaderboards. Also the Discover, Coach and Share expert moderated, channels to support community learning. These 3 features, plus the flexibility of configuration and how easy it is to change the look and feel to suit your needs. Very few fixed structures that you can't get away from.

Cons:

Very little has caused issues. We have taken the platform bundled with content and didn't realise that we would have to import each item of content and then put it into a course shell to make it available to users. I had thought they would have direct access. This is cumbersome, and a bit time consuming, but about the only thing I have not been happy with.

Docebo, stable learning management platform, exciting product releases.

4.0 9 months ago

Pros:

Docebo has a lot of features and flexibility. We have the Discover, Coach, and Share packages and Extended Enterprise (which allows up to 50 subdomains). We had a slow ramp-up time, but once we understood what was under the hood, we migrated all 70 clients over to the new system with over 5,000 pieces of content. 10 languages as well, which is another benefit that they offer, the language capability is great as we expand.

Cons:

After working with Docebo for the last three years, I have to say I don't like that they like to charge for a la carte services, instead of including them in a larger package deal. This makes it harder to sell the services to our leadership team. Add-ons keep adding up $$$.

Great platform and service

5.0 last year

Comments: In terms of the platform's core functionality and user experience, everything meets our expectations quite well. However, we've identified activation and marketing automation as the most significant challenges. Streamlining these aspects would greatly enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our engagement with the platform.

Pros:

We experienced a seamless integration process with our existing systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO), which was a major advantage. The platform's user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) are exceptional, offering intuitive navigation and a user-friendly design. The support from the Docebo team during the kick-off phase was commendable; their technological expertise is clearly mirrored in their customer service and technical support. This combination of advanced technology and skilled personnel greatly enhanced our overall experience with the Docebo platform.

Cons:

One area for improvement in the Docebo platform is the webinar registration process. It's not as straightforward as simply clicking a link, as you might with Teams or Zoom, which can be a bit cumbersome. Additionally, the platform could enhance its capabilities in tracking offline training and capturing offline data.

Comments: Overall it's been a good experience. We have had to get creative here and there with a few things, but the Docebo Community has been a huge help in getting us where we need to be.

Pros:

Cons:

Inability to create course applications. More reporting options would be helpful.

4.0 last year

Comments: Overall I have been pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use and manage the LMS while still having a lot of power and customisation available. The user interface is intuitive and easy to grasp.

Cons:

Ideas or suggestions for enhancement take a long time, if ever, to be realised. The helpdesk is sometimes too rigid in the requirements to resolve a case

Good platform for learning platform

4.0 12 months ago

Comments: My overall experience with Docebo has been positive. Despite the few challenges the benefits significantly outweigh the drawbacks. The platform has transformed how we approach learning and development, making it more dynamic and accessible. Its user-friendly nature and comprehensive learning tools have made it an invaluable asset to our training strategy. While there's room for improvement, particularly in support and integrations, I'd still recommend Docebo to anyone looking for a robust learning management system.

Pros:

Docebo shines with its wide array of learning tools and resources. The ability to customize learning paths for different users is a game-changer for me. It's streamlined the training process for my team, making it easier to track progress and engagement. The platform is user-friendly. I found navigating through courses, creating content, and monitoring learner progress straightforward from the get-go. This ease of use has significantly reduced the time I spend on administrative tasks.

Cons:

Integration Challenges: While Docebo offers integration capabilities, I've encountered some hurdles getting it to seamlessly connect with other tools we use. This has sometimes led to workflow inefficiencies and a need for workarounds.

Docebo provided the foundation to an exponential growth.

5.0 last year

Comments: It has been great! We do due diligence a keep an eye for what is in the marketplace, Docebo keeps surprising us with upgrades, they really listen to their users needs, and because of that they keep meeting our needs, even the one we did not knew we had :)

Pros:

Ease of use, learn as you go, support is there when you need it. We chose it because it reporting tool and continuous enhancements.

Cons:

As a tool it is great no biggies. One of my pet peeves is that when exporting users profiles, the default is: do not include headers. Allowing power users managing channels to delete comment from their channels. At this time only SuperAdmins can delete a comment. More out of the box integrations with HRIS system. Many clients want to manage their training from their system, and need two way communication between systems. Without to having to get programmers into the mix.

Docebo aligns with our requirements, budget, and offers a seamless learning experience for both learners and facilitators

5.0 last year

Pros:

I liked the onboarding process. They took us through the entire platform step by step, and the onboarding specialist was helpful in answering all our questions. With Docebo, you don't have to create a new learning plan every time, unlike our previous LMS. You can create one and use it over and over, saving you time. Their support system is great, and it's clear their staff is well-trained to provide assistance when needed. I also appreciate the flexibility when creating learner and facilitator dashboards. I can customize to create a clean dashboard, making it easy for learners and facilitators to access their materials and live sessions.

Cons:

One thing that could use some improvement is how they handle learner notifications. While all the necessary components are there, it would be really handy if users had the option to create specific folders, especially for clients who prefer custom emails that can be reused. Currently, everything is in one big list, and having folders to organize notifications would make things much more organized and user-friendly.

Powerful and flexible LMS

5.0 last year

Pros:

Overall, I was very impressed with Docebo's content management system. It was easy to use, flexible, and integrated well with other learning management features. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and user-friendly content management system.

Cons:

There are a lot of features and options, and it can be overwhelming to know where to start. However, Docebo also provides excellent support, so I was able to get help when I needed it.
