### "A lot of useful information but a bit challenging to use the software at times" — 3.0/5

> **Pros**: I used this software for a few months only. The system itself has got a lot of useful functions to manage the students’ room bookings. It is very easy to see who are and are not in house, to keep the room cleanliness marked in the system, to see multiple bookings for the same student etc. and to see what is going on in the  site. You can leave useful notes on the profiles and send out email templates with only 1 click.

> **Cons**: If there are multiple room bookings (ex. Different academic years, room moves, re-let), sometimes it can be quite disturbing to see all the financial details of the bookings including the cancellation details if there was any at the same place which can cause confusion and sometimes it is a challenge to figure out the outstanding balance’s details.

> **Pros**: I really love the bulk import function, this helps to upload the names of the students so easily.
The bedroom plan view is very good as well. I really like, that I can see how the room occupancy will be in the next about 4 months. Which is very useful. Selecting our rooms in different buildings and types is also a very useful feature.
The reports you can pull and student profiles are also very detailed, which help our daily jobs immensely.

> **Cons**: There is no button to add an additional person to the contract for double occupancy at any stage of the rent/contract.

If the student accepted an offer, but then changed her mind and wanted another room, I can still see the cancelled contract's details on the account part together with the new one , which sometimes can be confusing. 

When there was an early arrival request, we have to check in the student again, when the early arrival time period ends, because the system does not always do this automatically. 

You might not be able to set the correct date for vacation in a re-let procedure, if the student pays in instalment, and the departure is within the next/later instalment period.
