"RMS has been a customer of NetSupport 24-7 since 2006. We rely on its dependability daily."

Pros: Dependable/reliable, user friendly for us the Operator. We use the remote support daily and have had very few issues.

Cons: For remote support, if we could take out a few steps for the users to run on their system in order to allow us (the operator) access, that would be helpful.
