In my time of need, I then signed up for a "monthly plan" upgrade which I was happy to pay for. Unfortunately, (probably hidden somewhere in their T\&C) the "monthly plan" is NON CANCELLABLE after 1 month and I am now tied to this exorbitant monthly plan until my original annual plan expires. Guess what customer service tells me - it's in the terms \& conditions. > > The software works as intended. Everybody would call it “Docusign” no matter which platform we used and that’s what they would search their inboxes for.
