In my time of need, I then signed up for a "monthly plan" upgrade which I was happy to pay for. Unfortunately, (probably hidden somewhere in their T\&C) the "monthly plan" is NON CANCELLABLE after 1 month and I am now tied to this exorbitant monthly plan until my original annual plan expires.
