Reviews of Asana

Best project management software!
Comments: I have used Asana on both the agency side for managing client work and on a personal side of managing my own individual work. Asana keeps things simple, it's so easy to integrate with other tools, and visually is very appealing.
Pros:
Very intuitive and easy to use project management software. Saves a ton of time for the user which is crucial.
Cons:
Nothing really, I think this is the best project management software out there currently.
Task master with Asana
Comments: I've enjoyed my experience as it has helped me with my productivity
Pros:
Asana has helped me keep track of my notes in one secure and simple places
Cons:
It can be limited in its features and hard to integrate other apps
Alternatives Considered:
NO SUPPORT!
Comments: No actual support. Their support chat has had a bug for over a year you can't even access it. No email or number to call.
Alternatives Considered:
Asana - it runs my life - and that's a GREAT thing!
Comments: Very positive - I've used it while working for three separate organizations, and introduced it to co-workers in two of those organizations, and it has ALWAYS changed the way we work for the better!
Pros:
I LOVE how functional it is for small and medium sized teams - even the free portion of it?
Cons:
From time to time, Asana does change the URLs of their various tools, which means bookmarking can be a problem.
Asana as our main project management tool
Comments: Great interface, works well for our requirements
Pros:
Ease of use, integrates with Slack so we can create tickets on the go with clients. Also easy to adjust/customize based on project needs and requirements
Cons:
Template creation is lacking some key functionalities, same as exporting on requests from clients.
