Exactly as the name promises

5.0 last year

Comments: Very positive in all respects once we get to understand that we're having to accept some compromises in return for affordability and user friendliness.

Pros:

It is easy, simple, and just plain works. Sure the feature set is limited, but the price is very very affordable and what it does is easy to understand, use, and benefit from.

Cons:

More sophistication would be great, but I get it. Most of us don't use all the features in other CRM systems, and the add-on costs and complications are appalling. Less Annoying is a great compromise and we're very happy.

Less Annoying CRM is Truly Geat!

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: My overall experience is that they are friendly, low priced for high quality system, easy to understand software, highly customizable pipelines and almost everything can be customized. Great Experience! Get this CRM for your small business.

Pros:

I like the simplicity and the customizability of the CRM. Easy to work with. But what truly sets them apart BY FAR against competing software is their on point, friendly and USEFUL staff service. There are actual people that speak with you and digest your problem and sort it out. Would recommend above others.

Cons:

No system is perfect, ever, but with the help of their friendly staff they sort out the problems I can't sort out and they fix what they can.

No Support and nonsensical import system

1.0 2 years ago

Comments: More Annoying CRM than competitors

Pros:

Nothing currently. It doesn't allow you to like it if it does not import your data.

Cons:

Support comes online when you are going to bed. Importing data is not possible if the system is not working. Each time we try to choose a customised field the system doesn't allow us to name it and then 'asks' us to name something that the system has greyed out.

The Little CRM that CAN Do It!!!

5.0 2 months ago

Comments: As I said we are totally satisfied and I would say we have been using this CRM for at least the last 8 years. It is easy to use and the fact that you can save emails and pdf's to the client's account is extremely useful and this feature has saved my bacom more than once!!!

Pros:

The Less Annoying CRM is a very robust software package. We like it because it is user friendly and thus earns its name ... Less Annoying CRM. It will do far more than what we use it for but we keep learning about new components and placing them into use. We are very satisfied. I have used it for several companies and currently are using it with two of my companies. I highly encourage you to explore this amazing CRM ... kind of like "the little CRM that could"!!!

Cons:

I am sure I should have some things to discuss here .... but I don't!!!

It Really Is Less Annoying

5.0 last year

Comments: Love it. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a CRM that will not break the bank and suck the life out of you trying to learn and maintain it.

Pros:

Very simple and easy to use. Easy to customize for our needs. Great value for the money. Every other CRM I looked at was bloated with features that we didn't need and increased time to learn. Less Annoying CRM provided what we needed. Easy to onboard other members. Customer service response was immediate and helpful.

Cons:

Did not have a template for small dealer auto sales. Did my own customization. Very easy.

Flexible, modifiable system for people/companies that do more than sales

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: LACRM's become not only my main CRM for our company but also a little bit of a project management and to-do tracking system. It's been handy for helping to prioritize work.

Pros:

I've found LACRM to be very flexible and easy to set up for our my own needs that exist beyond sales and fundraising. Previously found other CRMs to be fantastic for one type of workflow but not for others, or that the CRM tried to do everything and just turned into a big mess. LACRM strikes a balance between a number of extremes to make a very usable product.

Cons:

Not a dislike, but many integrations come only through Zapier. Just represents a little extra work to get systems to play with one another.

Truly less annoying

Comments: A well-rounded CRM for everyday use that improves my ability to keep track of clients without getting in the way of productivity.

Pros:

It's actually less annoying than any other CRM I've tried. It lets me keep track of my activity and clients without adding a lot of steps to my workflow and getting in the way of productivity.

Cons:

There could be more 3rd party integrations.

LACRM REVIEW

5.0 6 months ago

Comments: CANT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF THE CRM PROGRAM AND THE TECH SUPPORT IS AMAZING. HAVE REFERRED THEM OUT TO MULTIPLE COMPANIES TOO.

Pros:

EASE OF USE AND TECH SUPPORT IS AMAZING. MOST CRMS ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO USE WITH TONS OF BELLS AND WHISTLES THAT ARE NOT NEEDED JUST COMPLICATE THINGS. THIS WORKS PERFECT FOR OUR BUSINESS

Cons:

CANT REALLY COME UP WITH ANY NEGATIVES. THEY WERE AS GOOD AS THEY ADVERTISED FROM DAY 1.

Nothing on the market compares

5.0 last year

Comments: Absolutely fantastic. They managed our migration with ease - I didn't even have to get my hands dirty. It's an absolute bargain, but don't let the price make you think this isn't amazing quality. If you have a business based on selling appointments for services, this is the absolute best CRM on the market. I love that I can colour code appointments and that has been built into our processes, so anyone can look at the diary and at a glance see what's been booked, what's been offered, who is delivering what. I love that when there is a customer service need, if the first person you were talking to is on leave, then someone else reads it and follows up - you don't have to start all over again explaining, and that is a shockingly rare thing, even with massive businesses like bank. I recommend this to everyone I come across because it is so flexible and so affordable.

Pros:

When we had a catastrophic failure with our previous CRM, we could not find anything in a comparable price range that would serve our needs. We need a cost effective, reasonably flexible diary that's a easy on the eye, and accurate logging of records. Someone recommended LACRM and it was 1/3rd of what we had been paying previously. Not only did the team manage the migration of our crucial client history info, but also the customer service is personal, accurate and timely. I could not believe this was a fraction of what we'd previously been paying for awful service.

Cons:

Initially I thought it was a shame we can't send and receive emails from within the CRM itself, but the email logging works really well to be honest because I have multiple email addresses and domains in order to manage multiple projects. So the relevant correspondence can be filed accurately. I guess I'd like to be able to offer my team the option to log in and look at the diary without being able to have access to everything. Maybe you can - I haven't asked to be fair. One tiny thing is that I would like recurring appointments to display slightly differently in a customer record, but it's really a small thing.

Simply the best CRM for small businesses

5.0 last year

Comments: Wonderful. Setting up a small consultancy business is stressful, LACRM makes the somewhat tedious elements of databasing, contact archiving, structuring tasks and initiating pipelines effortless. My emails go to the relevant contact notes, my fully integrated google calendar becomes central to planning, not an afterthought. The LACRM team have their own Youtube tutorial series. Perfectly executed instructions on how to use a brilliantly simple bit of software. Excellent customer service too.

Pros:

The layout is flexible and counter-intuitive, making it highly user friendly. The click and drag mechanic makes it very easy to use. The ability to build your own fields, data boxes and drop-downs makes this highly customisable. Ultimately, a CRM succeeds or fails by the user experience. I have used a handful of well-known CRM's over the last decade and this provides the best experience, with none of the shortcomings of more complex tools...and at a much lower price point.

Cons:

None. I really would struggle to come up with anything meaningful. Even the customer service is first class.

Comments: Outstanding. It has allowed me to build my company and without it I don't think we would have succeeded.

Pros:

Having a CRM is absolutely necessary in this day and age if you want to stay on top of work.

Cons:

I'm not happy with the current overhaul of system. I liked the older version simply because it had colours. Now it's too white. The human eye is attracted to colours.

Best CRM is the one you USE. I use this one

Cons:

Very good CRM for small businesses

4.0 9 months ago

Pros:

Easy to use and customise. Moreover easy to import contacts and "getting going"

Cons:

Cannot think of any right now, but some cons may appear as we develop our system further. However, the flexibility of the system and customer support should mitigate these concerns.

Best Business Decision I've Made This Year

5.0 last year

Comments: Couldn't be happier. Great product and support.

Pros:

This product has made it so easy to keep track of new clients and leads. We're a busy Pilates and Yoga studio. The Business Manager and I were having a tough time getting back in touch with them, remembering their fitness issues, and contact information, and determining which of our 15 teachers to place them with. The CRM has put it all together for us. We never lose anyone anymore, and I can also assign tasks to my Business Manager and move projects off my plate. Also, the Customer Service is exceptional. Team members respond promptly, often within minutes. The video tutorials are also very helpful and easy to follow.

Cons:

I'd like a way to show High Priority issues and get reminders of tasks that were not completed.

Air Traffic Control for Your Business. It's the DASHBOARD for sure

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: There are many but LACRM is a MUST for any business. I don't understand people who push back when I suggest they implement it. I have something happen now THREE times with different clients, and here is where LACRM has an opportunity to be creative in their marketing. Video is needed for potential employees of companies who DO NOT WANT TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for their activities. I get pushback often from people who are offended that they have to enter data other than contact, into the platform. In other words, they don't want to be held accountable or document their activities. Garbage in equals garbage out.

Pros:

LACRM is powerful and easy to navigate. It's flexible too. One can use it for simple contact management, and that's fine, but when all the different modules are set up, this platform is the heartbeat of a business. The platform can easily be misunderstood, and I would imagine most users don't understand the full impact it can make in their activities. The "system" allows you to anticipate what's coming or not based on the activity entered.

Cons:

Integration with a current system all depends if a company has its current system documented and understood by all. I provide consulting for companies interested in LACRM (that's one of my businesses). The LACRM part of implementation is seamless. I do have a few other issues. Mail handling is a problem, and I am not pleased with the responses from the team. I've used other CRMs that have the mail built into the platform and that makes for a more confident capture of needed data.
