> We switched to SFD for the improved reliability and resiliency, but also it allowed us to run complicated reports during office hours without slowing the practice down. This was a major problem for us with our previous system, which would slow down to a crawl whenever someone ran a report.

Their UK based support team are a well trained and very knowledgeable bunch of people, and we very seldom have any difficulty in getting through to someone quickly.
