> We have come to rely on Docket Enterprise for its scheduling templates, reminders and Outlook integration, especially the Schedule Express feature which encourages our users to make sure all their client appointments are backed up in the group calendar database.  We also like the way it is integrated with BEC's MatterLink, making matter schedule information available in the same place as matter details and matter notes.

> **Pros**: It was easy to setup and the setup specialist was very informative.

> **Cons**: How does a docketing system not allow for reminders for items that haven't been completed.  In addition, there is no option for past due reporting in the admin console.
