I can't tell you how many times we have reached out to customer service just to set up a credit card reader or to resolve an issue of a missing check and we get no response AT ALL or a very delayed response. In what world is that acceptable? Find another system, these folks are not where it's at.

> **Cons**: There is no “shopping cart” to register for an activity and let them pay later. You can do a payment plan but not a save for later type.

> It is great for Ymca use. We use it for membership, programs and childcare. I can use apps and online features to make it easy to check children in and out and parents love the ease of the website for online payments, registration and account viewing.
