Ease of use for Payroll staff. end user training is a breeze

Really wish there was a way for employees to run paycheck scenarios within the system so they could see the net effect of changing taxes or picking up additional benefits

Comments: Very convenient to access on mobile app. 1 stop shop for all employment information
Pros:
I am able to access all my employment data including salaries breakdown, T4, shift schedule vacations, sick leave and everthing work related. Very convenient

Some icons present on the mobile app is absent on the web version

Pros:
I enjoy the ability to view and approve my team members' vacation requests.
Cons:
The user-experience is difficult. This may in part be due to our onboarding process, but we have had many struggles getting the system to work properly and understanding the various tools within the platform.

Dayforce is a highly intelligent system with large reporting capabilities
Pros:
The payroll system is intuitive and reports are robust.
Cons:
Implementation was incredibly long and the support ticket advisors are usually poorly trained. During implementation we had several different project managers due to turnover. Most of the advisors we have had directly from Ceridian have been so siloed they did not understand how their section of the system effected other systems. This has caused many issues down the line for us. I am still correcting things set up wrong during implementation.
