> **Pros**: I like the look of the "page".  It is easy to read and quick to scroll through.  It is user friendly for adding new fields specific to our organization.  Simple reporting is intuitive.
> 
> **Cons**: The whole "soft credit issue" and being able to report a  donor's total giving which includes their soft credits is very difficult.

That there is not an Address Verification program included in the software.

> We have been able to segment our donors according to their giving level, and whether or not they are donors, prospects, lapsed or influencers, in a very efficient  and easily seen way on their record.
