When you want a human, you pay per session rather than per month. Basic is $30 for a 30 minute text or voice session with a verified professional. Standard is $60 for a 60 minute session, or two 30 minute ones, with video and a written summary afterwards.

If you want ongoing support, Evergreen Monthly is $300 a month for two 30 minute video sessions every week with the same professional. Evergreen Annual is $3,000 a year, which works out at two months free.

You top up a prepaid wallet and see what a session costs before you book. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund, or within 24 hours for half. If your professional cannot attend, the refund is automatic.
