The subscription covers a single trading site whatever its size. A five-pitch certificated location and a sixty-pitch touring park both pay £49, because the fee is not scaled by pitches, units, lodges, pods or staff logins. User accounts are unlimited. An operator running several separate parks takes one subscription per park.

Everything in the product is included at that price. There are no feature tiers, no module unlocks, no per-user charges and no per-booking charges. The plan covers the Keydesk Direct booking portal, the booking calendar and reservation management, pricing with bulk editing, deposits and balance tracking, extras, guest records, operations reporting and the Pitchup integration. Onboarding, training, migration assistance and ongoing support are also part of the monthly fee rather than a separate professional-services line.

Keydesk takes no commission on bookings, from any channel. There is no setup fee, no implementation charge and no minimum term. Billing is monthly, cancellation carries no notice period, and exporting your own data on the way out is not chargeable.

The one cost Keydesk does not cover is card processing. Stripe charges its own fees on transactions at the rates Stripe publishes, invoiced direct. Nothing else is added on top of the gateway rate.

At standard pricing, twelve months costs £588 per site.

Early Partner Programme: a limited scheme for up to ten qualifying businesses prepared to give regular product feedback and sit occasional product interviews. It runs at £25 per month for the first twelve paid months, roughly half the standard rate, then continues at £49. The first year therefore costs £300. Places are limited and it works by application rather than a public discount code.

There is no free plan and no time-limited trial. An account can be created and a site, its rates and its booking rules configured at no cost before committing to live bookings, so the product can be assessed against real inventory first.

Keydesk has no announced price increase. Any future change to standard pricing is published on the Keydesk pricing page with a revised review date. Early Partner terms are fixed for the twelve paid months they cover.
