> **Pros**: It truly helps me pre meeting, post meeting and also in my hiring knowing the DISC profiles of my HM and candidates and helping them prepare for interviews.  The value for money is excellent ROI and it is easy to use. My connections and relationships that I am able to build with the help of HUmantic is really a bonus.

> **Cons**: Limitation on DIsc profiles i can save for a group meeting- it alllows only 10 to be shown.  There is really not much i don't like, the good outweights the bad.

And their company research is on point. When combined with personality insights, and using AI to draft messaging, this increased my productivity massively.
