RansomLeak uses per-seat annual pricing with volume discounts. Every tier includes the full simulation library and both deployment options. There are no feature gates between tiers, no setup fees, and no separate charges for the cloud LMS platform.

What every license includes:

Full access to the interactive 3D simulation library covering phishing and spear-phishing recognition, business email compromise, social engineering across phone, chat, and in-person channels, sensitive data handling, password and credential security, physical security scenarios, and incident reporting. New simulations are added to the library on an ongoing basis and included at no extra cost.

Gamification features (points, badges, leaderboards, achievements) are included across all tiers. These work identically whether the training runs through SCORM or the standalone platform.

Both deployment options are included in every license:

SCORM deployment: RansomLeak exports training content as SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages that integrate with any compliant learning management system. Tested and confirmed compatible with Cornerstone, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, 360Learning, Moodle, Canvas, and Blackboard. The LMS receives completion status, scores, time spent, and simulation performance data through standard SCORM tracking.

Standalone cloud LMS: A dedicated security training platform with user management, real-time analytics dashboards, campaign management for scheduling training rollouts by team or department, role-based access controls, SSO and MFA authentication, and tenant whitelabeling with the organization's own branding. There is no additional charge for using this platform at any tier.

Billing and contract details:

All licenses are annual subscriptions billed upfront. Volume pricing applies based on the total number of seats purchased. Organizations that need to add users mid-term can contact RansomLeak for prorated pricing on additional seats.

Multi-year agreements are available with additional discounts. Pricing is offered in both USD and EUR.

Information for procurement teams:

RansomLeak does not charge implementation or onboarding fees. SCORM package deployment requires no involvement from the RansomLeak team beyond delivering the files. Standalone LMS onboarding is handled by RansomLeak's support team at no cost.

The product does not require per-module or per-topic licensing. All simulation content across all training categories is available to every licensed user from day one. As the simulation library grows, new content becomes accessible automatically under existing licenses.

There are no bandwidth, storage, or API call charges. Organizations using the standalone cloud LMS do not pay hosting fees separately.
