> **Pros**: The support is great - we asked about some features as they would be nice to have for our user case. They respond and took action very soon, as the feature (visibility of the reservation date in ZenChef) was added the next day\!&#10;&#10;Also the tool is very helpful for restaurant groups that have a manager for customer experience. The app is easy to use for everybody and team member can follow and add comments too to clarify for example complaints in their restaurant. &#10;&#10;I like that the AI agents make every answer a bit different for each customer and it's in your tone-of-voice, as we have different concepts of restaurants in the same group. Or for example for regular customers. Also you can adjust it by asking for shorter, more formal,... &#10;&#10;Also I think the pricing is a good deal for the time you save\!

> **Cons**: There are still some things that could be added to make it more versatile, but i'll recommend those later. Maybe sometimes the AI is a bit off with the 'positive/negative categories', but that are the few cases.&#10;&#10;Maybe it's too bad TripAdvisor is so hard to integrate with due to API policy (probably), that you need to copy and paste those manually. Hopefully, maybe, they will allow it in the future.
