The predictive signals are easy to interpret, and the platform does a great job connecting product usage, engagement, and outcomes in a way that’s genuinely useful for Customer Success teams.

Getting the most value requires some upfront time to align data sources and fine-tune how insights are used operationally. That said, the payoff is well worth the initial setup effort.
