> **Pros**: Simple, easy to use dashboard. It offers all the surveys I actually need like NPS, CSAT, 5 start reviews without any of the clutter that other tools have. And the AI summaries are a lifesaver. It gives insights in a clear and meaningful way so I don't have to comb through all the reviews manually.

> **Cons**: I was hoping for a zendesk integration, but it doesn't have it yet. It also lacks some of the extra flair that other tools have.

> It has been an easy setup, economical and just what we needed to collect and act on our customer feedback. Easy to use NPS, CSAT and other survey templates along with the AI summaries make it a very useful tool.
