> **Pros**: The system is built for field service from the ground up — it's not a generic CRM with bolt-ons. Scheduling, job tracking, certificates, customer records, it's all in one place and works together seamlessly. The automation cuts out so many manual steps that used to eat into the day. And the support team is genuinely excellent — fast responses from people who actually understand how a field service business operates. After 25 years in the industry, this is the best system I've used.

> **Cons**: There's a learning curve in the first week or two as you get your head around everything, but that's expected with any system this capable. Once you're through setup it all makes sense.

> It's become the backbone of how we run the business day to day. Before Field Ascend we were juggling multiple systems and too many manual processes — things slipped through the cracks. Now everything flows through one platform. It's saved us hours of admin each week, reduced errors, and given us proper visibility across the whole operation.
