> **Pros**: We use Pastors.ai weekly to populate our sermon pages on our webpage, to provide devotional content for our congregation, and to provide clips for our social media posts. As a pastor and an IT professional I appreciate that I can use the chatbot to get more information: we use it to produce prayer templates and additional devotional content to get 7 days.
We like that our content volunteers can use the public page to create content as well.

> **Cons**: There are a few little things that are a bit clunky in the user interface. It's strange to only have a link and not a login.
We have our church name at the start of all our YouTube services so it is difficult to browse the list. It would be helpful to be able to name them ourselves or have the date at the front of the name.
Also find that the list jumps to the most recent sermon while trying to look through old ones. 
The Chatbot can get a bit stuck sometimes and only accepts one question at a time. It will produce different results in the same session for the same answer as well as not producing consistent results across services. Of course this is inevitable as the AI evolves.

The sermon clips are the hi-lite or the product.  They are well selected, the captioning is very accurate and they follow the speaker very well.

I especially like that it analyzed our church’s past sermons and will use that information as a reference to answer questions about sermons.

> **Cons**: The method to log in has been a little inconvenient. I can’t seem to stay logged in, so I have to keep the log in link bookmarked.

> **Pros**: The free plan allows you to get clips for social media formatted correctly with captions and cut so it always follows the speaker, as well as a better/more accurate transcript for YouTube and YouTube chapter markings that paste into YouTube and become links. You can also get a weekly devotionals, sermon summary, and Bible study guide. They also have amazing customer service, answering questions and fixing issues quickly. It is more affordable than its competitors for an upgraded plan from what I've seen.

> **Cons**: Most of the content it produces we need before the sermon is given, not after, so we can provide it on Sunday (e.g. devotional, sermon summary, study guide), so we still do this in-house on our own, sometimes using ChatGPT and putting it on our own website. The only content I ever use is the social media clips mostly, and sometimes the YouTube chapters and/or transcript. Sometimes social media clips are not usable, like an incomplete thought. If you upgrade, you can edit the clips and get more, but I can't justify the cost for social media clips alone.

> Overall it's a great product to help create content quickly and most of the content is well done. The Devotionals, Bible Study, Key Takeaways, YouTube Chapters, and questions are great. And customer service is amazing. Very helpful, especially for small churches with small staff teams.
