> **Pros**: What I liked most about Billivo is how simple and clear it makes the invoicing process. As a freelance video producer, I need to manage clients, create invoices quickly and keep everything organized without wasting time. Billivo makes that process very easy, especially with VeriFactu integration and customer management in the same place.

> **Cons**: There is very little I dislike. At first, it took me a short time to get used to the platform and all its options, but once I started using it regularly, everything became very intuitive. I would only say that more customization options for invoice design could be a nice extra in the future.
