> **Pros**: We’re very happy with CareStack as a whole, and VoiceStack has been a standout feature for our practice. Our phone system runs more efficiently, and the ability to document calls directly into patient charts has saved our team a significant amount of time. Everything feels more organized and seamless.  As a boutique-style start-up practice with a small team, VoiceStack is like our extra Front Desk helper that keeps track of all our conversations to help us give our patients the best experiences and care possible.
