I manage a team of 23 agents and Modge makes it simple for me and my managers to see who's working on what — hours logged, idle time, productivity trends, all in one dashboard. The weekly productivity score gives me a quick read on the team without digging through timesheets. I've tried a bunch of other time tracking tools before this one and Modge is the first that actually stuck for us.

> **Cons**: Not much to complain about so far honestly. It showed me which agents were not working efficiently and staying idle for long periods of time so that was unfortunate.

We didn't realize how efficiency we were missing out on.The biggest difference is visibility. Without Modge, it’s hard to truly know whether your team is operating at its fullest potential.

Now we have far more clarity, accountability, and confidence in day to day performance.

Onboarding was simple, and integration is easy with there API.
