We manage more than 80 vacation rental homes in the Orlando area, so we need a platform that can handle a complex operation reliably and efficiently.&#10;&#10;Artaxnet has proven to be much more complete, intuitive, and professional than we expected. Before Artaxnet, we were using and paying for three different platforms to cover all the needs of our operation. Today, we can manage practically everything from one all-in-one platform, which has significantly reduced our software costs and simplified our daily work.&#10;&#10;We now use Artaxnet as our PMS, and it also includes its own Channel Manager, Booking Engine, website solutions, Revenue Management tools, and native AI capabilities.&#10;&#10;The AI features have been especially impressive. We have AI agents helping us manage communications across our channels and supporting our direct sales operation, and we have seen our direct bookings increase.&#10;&#10;Another major advantage is their 24/7 support. The team is extremely responsive, helpful, and understands the vacation rental business. Having fast support when managing more than 80 properties makes a real difference.
