> **Pros**: We wanted a cloud-based EMR without the hefty price tag—and Genki definitely delivers\! It makes managing everything—EMR, OHIP billing/reconciliation, patient communication, inventory, booking, and more—so much easier. It also lets us send emails, faxes, and SMS messages directly from the platform. Plus, their support team is super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend\!

- Great patient engagement, scheduling, recall, reminder, inventory management, faxing, referral tracking and EMR all in one\! 
- I spent aout 50% less time charting, emailing patients, or tracking patients' referrals down.

> **Cons**: They are a relatively new company, but they really listen to their customers and care about the "pressure point" that eye care providers face.  I can see that new features are being released continuously.

> I have used many EMRs and I have looked into even more EMRs. Overall capability-wise, Genki has been the best EMR I have used. It has made my life A LOT easier. Their customer service is awesome, the team really istens to you as well. Genki is exactly how a modern EMR should be like\!
