> **Pros**: Customer service is hands down the best of any software or platform we use. From onboarding to ongoing questions to troubleshooting - I have gotten every question answered quickly and completely, and then they even follow up to make sure I don't need anything else\!

> **Cons**: There are a few features I wish they had around timing of payments, and I wish there was a more direct way to enter out of scope time for billing like we can do in other systems. But anytime I have feedback about a feature I'd like, they are excited to take that back to their team and see about including it in a future update.

They ability to sync to our internal accounting app.  Attaching a step by step onboarding process to the proposal would be a nice add.  We put it in the Service but often it is buried and the prospect does not see it.

> **Cons**: I cannot attach a pdf, docx or excel to the invoices.  This causes me to have to send that in an email as a separate extra step.  A real PIA.

Once the templates are established, making changes is very easy, and overall I have found the payment system to be straightforward and uncomplicated. This has been particularly valuable for us because we have a large number of members and need a system that can handle recurring payments efficiently.

I also really like the way Anchor works alongside our existing systems. The flow between Wix, where we receive our enrollments, and QuickBooks Online has made the overall process much more efficient and easier to manage.

For our organization, having these systems work together is a significant benefit and is helping us move toward a much more streamlined billing process.

Our account is quite complex, with a number of moving parts and specific requirements, and the Anchor team has been amazing in supporting us through the process.
