> **Pros**: We’ve used AddCal for our webinar events for almost two years now and have had the best experience. Their customer support is quick to respond and attentive to our requests. As an accessibility consulting firm, we need our website and tools to comply with WCAG standards, and the AddCal team has taken that seriously. They addressed the many accessibility barriers we identified in newer features and remediated the issues promptly. Overall, the tool’s features are comparable to those of competitors, but at about half the cost.

> **Cons**: We hope they will become SOC2 Type II certified soon, offer more customization for the email templates (HTML), and allow us to edit the language of all text throughout the platform.

> **Pros**: AddCal has all the functionality we needed when we first purchased. They are very responsive to feedback and feature requests. ( we had 2 questions turned into features). they keep adding new useful features. Also like their cadence of updating about what's changing on the platform. Very likeable organisation from what we can see.

> **Cons**: As usual: it takes a hot minute to get used to the interface and find your way around initially, making sense of all the features available. Guess that's another way of saying they have a lot of features, which was the point of signing up in the first place :-) Perhaps a wizard that can step through different use cases would be helpful.
