> **Pros**: An interesting middle ground between highly packaged solutions like Airtable and developing and deploying your own database and frontend stack. I think it's a good starting point for small teams with limited technical capacity to dip their feet into more robust and scalable solutions at a cheap price. The customer support has been great and overall the product is helpful for teams to upgrade from messy spreadsheets and create better data entry and management processes. By decoupling the database, teams have more choice and control and VisualDB is a much simpler entry point with familiar interfaces such as sheets and forms.

> **Cons**: It's still early in development and there are a few bugs here and there. UX is fairly minimal at this stage and some user flows can be simpler, especially for folks not familiar with database terminologies.
> 
> Overall, a good experience and was easy to setup and start building on and significantly helped create a better data management process for the team .

> **Pros**: Ease of Use and very intuitive form and sheet builidng. Ability to synch to on premise database. Customer service has been outstanding. Pricing is Very reasonable.

> **Cons**: I honestly did not find many cons with this product. When I did make a suggestion to add certain printing features, they implemetend these updates very promptly.

> VisualDB has been very easy to work with but still very powerful in it's options. Perfect for Low/no code app building. Customer service has been great. I found this an excellent tool for combining multiple spreadsheets under on app with perfect forms for entering and editing data. I found very few similar prducts that allowed integration with in house databases, and they also offer a very good cloud DB environment.

> **Pros**: The customer service at Visual DB is excellent. Since speaking with the support team, I've been able to solve a number of issues I was having with my data and processes by using functions on Visual DB. The team seem very responsive to suggestions and in the past couple of weeks the new updates of bulk uploads to tables and the public facing forms have been very useful.
> 
> **Cons**: Its a bit of a learning curve. However, once you understand how to build tables, queries and forms you can achieve quite a lot.
> 
> Very positive. The team are responsive, helpful and keen to develop the platform based on customer suggestions.
