> overall i had a pretty good experience with therapylake they were easy to talk to and didnt have random fees and other things associated with their software. the software was fairly easy to use and straightforward. I was recommended by a friend who has good things to say about it and ended up using it adopting it for our team as well.

> **Pros**: Therapylake is designed to be very intuitive and clutter free compared to some of the other software solutions on the market. It is very user friendly, but still has the functionality we need to run our 200+ staff practice. A big plus was that we were fully taken care of during the switching process, from the data to the training and support and most of the therapists did not need training. I can say we are about 40% more efficient at scheduling, billing and claims management. Overall our staff is much happier using this software and a lot of admin work has been automated.
