> **Pros**: The back end of the system seemed fairly robust.  The CRM might have some value for someone without one.
> 
> **Cons**: The leads are sold as being verified and pre qualified.  However, its just a glorified lead capture scheme.  Any person can fill in whatever they want online, and become a 'lead'.  They allegedly check for mortgage ratios, and LTV, but are not using correct metrics.
> 
> While I believe they intend to be helpful, out of 14 leads provided, I only spoke on the phone to 3.  Despite multiple follow ups via phone, email and sms.  None of them appeared to be even remotely qualified.
