> **Cons**: The only con I can think of is the inability to customize the look and feel such as fonts \& colors of everything as a whole, but even this was an easy workaround to make this still fit into my brand's identity.

> **Pros**: I loved the trial account that they set up for us to try the software free for 30 days, allowing us to see if the software was the right fit for us. Without this we may not have been able to see its full capacity.

> **Cons**: I do think it can be an expensive software as its charged per space you have, which can add up quickly. I do think now that it is worth it however due to the great support from the team and capability of the software.

> I believe its a great easy to use software with a great developing team behind it keeping it fresh and up to date often getting new features. The map feature allows our customers to visualise the facility and then get a better understanding when booking out spaces.

> **Cons**: I HATE that it does not have more ways to filter the view. For a venue booking multiple spaces and needing to be able to view by day, or block of time, it's a real drawback and we've been begging for this feature for years.
> 
> Good experience- customer service is responsive as far as time. We've used "AllBooked" since it was Skedda, and it's been far too long to wait for the needed features.
