It also seemed like a well-run company and that I would be in good hands. I hope the make improvements or at least help me use the existing tool better. My experience \~3 months in as a subscriber and 1 month in as an operating small business has had lots of very frustrating challenges. Here are some issues I faced or am still facing: - The various links I was told to post on my website for new members to sign up was not functional. I brought up this issue prior to my grand opening and was assured it wasn't going to be an issue. Surprise, surprise... it was a big issue. - Members who successfully signed up received an error the first time they tried to make a booking. (To be fair, the team has since fixed this bug.) - Collecting sales tax has been a nightmare. - Processing fees for my members is 4.4%... not the 2.9% + $0.30 I thought it was going to be. - Integration with my door system requires an additional fee - Support with these issues has been well below what I would hope to see. Yes, they fixed one bug that I can think of, but they haven't been very available or understanding of my issues. It's been tough. But all that said, I do think it's a pretty good tool. I'm honestly not sure if I'll switch or not when my year runs out. I think they need a lot of work with their onboarding process and that the sales team oversold the product.
