> **Pros**: We've used their platform for close to 2 years now and honestly its been a game changer for us from an out-of-the-box solution. Efficient and genuine value for money to give my business the credibility it needs.

> **Cons**: The only con I can think of is the inability to customize the look and feel such as fonts \& colors of everything as a whole, but even this was an easy workaround to make this still fit into my brand's identity.

> **Pros**: I loved the trial account that they set up for us to try the software free for 30 days, allowing us to see if the software was the right fit for us. Without this we may not have been able to see its full capacity.

> **Cons**: I do think it can be an expensive software as its charged per space you have, which can add up quickly. I do think now that it is worth it however due to the great support from the team and capability of the software.

> I believe its a great easy to use software with a great developing team behind it keeping it fresh and up to date often getting new features. The map feature allows our customers to visualise the facility and then get a better understanding when booking out spaces.

> I enjoy how easy this is to use and mange. When we do run into issues the tech support is quick to respond and has been able to help resolve the issues.

It's easy to use, however we don't need to utilize all of the features and I find the price increase steep. Considering when we first joined SKEDDA it was free.

> **Cons**: I would like to be able to filter by custom fields without exporting to EXCEL.  Sometimes I just need a quick count of rooms used by a certain provider and it would help if you could filter my custom fields.

> Experience has been great\!  Setup was a breeze.  Every time I have had a question I have start with using the chat feature then someone either responds there or gives me a call.
