When I pointed this out and requested my questions be answered and bugs addressed, he addressed only 1 of 2 glitches and technically answered 2 of 4 questions, except--importantly--he went backwards with one of the responses. Basically, that question started with the other f\[sensitive content hidden\], who had already provided info leading to my current, follow-up question. Instead of seeing this in the chain, \[sensitive content hidden\] provided useless info I had already seen and asked further about. I have clients that come at certain times every week or month. If I could do a repeat appointment for a year at the time it would make scheduling easier.
